Due to resource constraints RADO has not yet independently undertaken on all her sole projects to participate in local and international Human Rights events,research and vocational skills trainings...... Rado has created more visibility for its fundraising strategy to see that it meets some of its programs by starting to attend international LGBTIs and other Human Rights events like Conferences, prides ,symposiums and summits and exihibit some of its work in form of Art and Crafts so as to meet some of the organization costs. But we still call upon on all kind of support from both individuals and Funding organizations to see that Rado meets her programs and Vision of Reducing redundancy and improve self esteem among LGBTIs and all the Marginorised and Minority Communities by establishing a well equipped Vocational Training Centre.
