Our mode of operation is based on the following areas of cooperation and partnerships, -Access the services of RADO technical persons as volunteers to work with us in institution capacity building at all level of the organization. -Develop a fundraising strategy to address both local and international fundraising opportunities so as to have in place a consistent system to enable prompt rising of funds for the programs.
Enter into various networks with both national and international Human rights agencies and partners,to share experience and resources in order to implement various sustainable development programs in the communities we work with. -Conduct capacity building training to our partners at the grassroots to be empowered to effectively manage the various initiated development projects for our beneficiaries.
Stimulate learning and an interactive enviroment of LGBTIs and other marginalised individuals. -Monitor and advocate for inclusion and information on new similar initiatives. -Ensure safety,health education,sports and Talent Development, Vacational Skills initiatives like our Art and Craft,Fashion and Designing,Cosmetology,Performing Arts etc as a way of empowerment. -Establish accurate information based on practical engagement of lesson learnt in all our operations. -Promote sustainability,cost effectiveness and accountability of supported activities.
